The dress code is formal attire. Gentlemen should wear suits or tuxedos, and ladies should wear floor-length gowns or elegant cocktail dresses. The ceremony will be outdoors, so please plan footwear accordingly.

Due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate guests who are specifically named on your invitation. If your invitation includes a plus-one, it will be noted. We appreciate your understanding.

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives you a chance to enjoy a night out! If your children are specifically invited, their names will be on your invitation.

November in Austin is typically pleasant with average temperatures between 50-70°F (10-21°C). Evenings can be cooler, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap. The ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will be indoors.

Yes, there is complimentary parking available at Barr Mansion. However, we encourage guests to take advantage of our shuttle service from the JW Marriott to enjoy the evening without worrying about driving.

Yes! We will provide shuttle transportation to the ceremony and back after the reception. Shuttles will pick up and drop off at the JW Marriott Austin. Shuttle times will be shared closer to the wedding date.

Please RSVP by the date indicated on your invitation. This helps us finalize catering, seating, and other arrangements. You can RSVP easily through our website using the household code on your invitation.

We want all our guests to enjoy the meal! When you RSVP, you'll have the opportunity to select your meal preference and note any dietary restrictions or allergies. Our caterer will do their best to accommodate all needs.

We kindly request an unplugged ceremony so that everyone can be fully present. Our photographer will capture all the special moments, and we'll be happy to share photos with you afterward. Feel free to take photos during the reception!
